HOW THIS SITE WORKS

Editorial policy

Source-led, not certainty-led

We distinguish dated primary-source statements, third-party reporting, inference, and speculation. A company announcement is an attributed claim, not independent verification. Sources linked in an exploratory brief provide context; they do not automatically substantiate its headline.

Briefs and corrections

Rumor briefs are exploratory and carry a source-review-pending status until a specific assessment is documented. Numerical confidence scoring is withheld pending a transparent method. Readers should inspect original sources and dates. Corrections should be explicit when material errors are established.

AI involvement

Astra produces AI-generated answers and may make errors or omit evidence. The site's analytical lenses are editorial constructions, not transcripts of competing model providers. Any real model outputs should be identified by model and provider and distinguished from verified facts.

Public versus private

Public discussion is intended for material shared to the public discussion space; personal Astra conversations are separate. Never post sensitive personal information publicly. See privacy information for limitations.
